Cancellation and Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, you may refuse delivery, and once we receive the package back, we will issue a refund minus the shipping and handling fees.

Please note that some items may be non-refundable or may have a restocking fee. This will be clearly stated in the product description.

In addition, please be aware that any personalized or customized products that have already begun production are non-refundable.

1. Cancellation of Orders
1.1. Standard Products:

If you wish to cancel your order for standard products, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted as the order may already be in the processing stage or shipped.

1.2. Customized Products:

Due to the personalized nature of customized products, cancellation requests for customized orders cannot be accepted once production has started. It is important to review and confirm all customization details carefully before placing the order.

2. Return of Products
2.1. Non-Defective Products:

We accept returns for non-defective products in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product(s) are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.

2.2. Defective or Damaged Products:

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the product, and upon receipt and inspection, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as per our assessment and your preference.

3. Return Process

3.2. Packaging and Shipping:

Please ensure that the product(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is deemed defective or damaged.

3.3. Refund or Exchange:

Upon receiving the returned product(s) and verifying their condition, we will process the refund or exchange, as applicable, within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

4. Exceptions
4.1. Personalized Products:

Due to their customized nature, personalized products are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged.

4.2. Perishable or Consumable Products:

Perishable or consumable products, such as food items or hygiene products, are not eligible for return or refund due to safety and hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or expired upon delivery.
