For domestic shipments we use the following providers:

Correos: Typically takes 72h for delivery within Spain. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination (Islands usually can take up to 48h more) and any unforeseen circumstances.

Correos Express: Typically takes 24h for delivery within Spain. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination (Islands usually can take up to 48h more) and any unforeseen circumstances.

Free shipping: This is our free shipping method. We will usually use Correos Express, but due to size or weight of the order, we may need to fall back into another provider.

 

For international shipments we use the following providers:

Correos: Typically takes 7 days for delivery within Europe. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.

Correos Express: Typically takes 4 days for delivery within Europe. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.

Seur (DPD): Typically takes 5 days for delivery within Europe. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.

Heavy Parcel: This is our shipping method for big and/or heavy shipments. We will usually use Seur, but due to size or weight of the order, we may need to fall back into another provider.

Free shipping: This is our free shipping method. We will usually use Seur, but due to size or weight of the order, we may need to fall back into another provider.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 days after the payment has been confirmed, unless the products are customized or on backorder. Customized products or products on backorder may require additional manufacturing time, typically ranging from 3 to 6 weeks. Please note that this manufacturing time is in addition to the regular processing time.

Furthermore, please be aware that there may be delays in manufacturing or shipping due to holidays in our manufacturers’ schedule or external causes beyond our control. We will make every effort to communicate any anticipated delays to you and keep you informed about the progress of your order.

Please note that the estimated processing time and manufacturing time are provided as general guidelines, and actual timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the customization, availability of materials, and other factors. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout before you finalize your order. Any applicable customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking and Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or through the courier’s tracking system.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or unforeseen delays caused by the shipping carrier. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

6. International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware that customs procedures and regulations may cause delays or additional charges. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with all applicable customs regulations.

7. Shipping Restrictions

There may be certain products that are restricted or prohibited from being shipped to certain countries or regions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the ordered products comply with the import regulations of your country or region. If an order is rejected or confiscated by customs, we will not be held responsible, and no refunds or replacements will be provided.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. However, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for lost or damaged shipments beyond what is covered by the shipping carrier’s insurance policies.
